Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at support@bridal-Affection.com. We’ll work closely with the shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for the shipping company to activate/update the tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, contact us with your name, email, and order number.
